From May 11 to 13th 2026, Golden Sands and St. St. Constantine and Helena hosted the annual international conference of the European Spas Association – HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT 2026.
The forum has established itself as one of the most significant European events in the field of health, balneology, SPA, and longevity tourism, bringing together more than 200 participants from 29 countries. Among them were representatives of European and national institutions, the scientific community, medical experts, investors, representatives of the tourism sector, and the wellness industry.
The Director of Marketing and Sales of Sunny Day Resort also took part in the event as part of the professional community committed to the development of sustainable health and SPA tourism in Bulgaria and across Europe.
The main theme of HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT 2026 focused on the sustainable development of health tourism in Europe through the integration of healthcare, science, natural resources, innovation, and tourism into a shared vision for prevention, quality of life, and longevity.
During the plenary and thematic sessions, key topics discussed included:
