Customer Loyalty Program

The greatest satisfaction for our team is to see you again in our resort with your foamily and friends.

With gratitude for your trust, we have created our loyalty program.

What is the Loyalty Program?

For every 100 BGN spent on accommodation and use of services at the Palace Hotel and Marina Hotel, 5 bonus points are generated, corresponding to 5 BGN, which we will be added to your account in our hotel system after the completion of your accommodation (check-out).

Loyalty program rules:

1. Membership in the "Loyalty Program" program can be obtained by anyone who has made a direct reservation (through the hotel's website, by phone, our official e-mail or at the hotel's reception) for a minimum of 2 nights (without an intermediary) in any of our hotels and has expressed a desire to be included in the program. (bonus points will start accumulating during your first stay after receiving the card).

 2. Customer card with a unique number, which certifies your membership in the program, will be received at the Reception, after completing the "Registration Form". By doing so, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the program and the Privacy Policy.

 3. A "Loyal Client" is only the reservation holder and the program conditions apply only to the room in which he/she is staying. Bonus points are accumulated on only 1 card per booking.

 4. At the end of the current accommodation, each participant in the program will be credited with bonus points based on the nights spent and additional services used /spa and balneo treatments, food, drinks and other services provided at the hotel/. 

 5. The accumulation and use of points can be done in any of the hotels of  Sunny Day Resort. Bonus points can be used for subsequent stays (with a minimum of 2 nights). Points from 2 or more customer cards may NOT be combined for the same booking or redeemed in cash form.

 6. Customer card is issued only to persons of legal age. The card is named and is NOT transferable.

 7. The terms and conditions of the "Loyal Client" program do NOT apply to participants in corporate events, group bookings at a special rate or bookings through third parties (agencies, online booking systems and group buying sites).

 8. In the event that a "Loyal Client" has no nights booked within 1 calendar year, the customer card and number may be cancelled. Accumulated and unused points are automatically removed without refund.

 9. By registering for the "Loyal Client" program, you agree to receive news and updates about Sunny Day hotels. You may opt-out of receiving our newsletters at any time by sending an opt-out email to
