Terms and Conditions for Membership in the Loyal Customer Program
- Membership in the “Loyal Customer” program may be granted to any guest who has made a direct reservation via the hotel website, by phone, via the official email address, or at the hotel reception, for a minimum of 2 nights in one of our hotels.
- After completing the participation form for the “Loyal Customer” program at the hotel reception, you will receive a virtual card with a unique number at the email address you have provided.
- By participating in the program, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- A virtual card is issued only to persons who have reached legal age. The card is personal and non-transferable.
- The discount may be applied only to a reservation where the holder of the virtual card is the reservation holder. Only one virtual card discount can be used per reservation.
- When booking via the official hotel website, you must enter your virtual card number in the “Notes” field.
- When booking by phone, email, or on-site, you must provide your virtual card number.
- The discount is granted upon presentation of the virtual card at payment at the hotel reception.
- The virtual card entitles the holder to a 3% discount, valid for accommodation in any of the hotels in Sunny Day Resort (Palace Balneo & SPA Hotel 5* and Marina Hotel 4*).
- The discount applies only to accommodation rates and is not valid for additional services such as restaurants, bars, SPA and balneo treatments, or other services within the complex.
- The terms of the “Loyal Customer” program do not apply to participants in corporate events, group reservations with special rates, or reservations made through third parties (travel agencies, online booking systems, and group buying websites).
- If a loyal customer has no completed stays within one calendar year, the virtual card and its number may be cancelled.
- By registering for the “Loyal Customer” program, you agree to receive news and current offers for the hotels of Palace Hotel Ltd. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by sending an email request to marketing@sunnydaybg.com.
Palace Hotel Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms of the program in case of force majeure, change of ownership, or changes in tax or legal regulations in the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Palace Hotel Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time by informing participants via the official website or by email.
